Meet Sarah Kugel

Hi, I'm Sarah Kugel - a proud native Texan born and raised in the DFW area. After earning my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas, I built a career in administrative support across several corporate roles. When my children came along, I pressed pause on the corporate world to embrace being a full-time parent. These days, I call Wylie, Texas home, where I live with my son, daughter, and our lively crew of pets (two dogs, two cats, and two bunnies who definitely keep things interesting). Most afternoons, you'll find me cheering from the sidelines at one of my kids' activities-with my laptop never too far away. About six years ago, once my kids started school, I was ready to jump back into the workforce and craved a career that combined flexibility with purpose. That's when I discovered real estate and, more specifically, the world of transaction coordination. I instantly knew I had found my niche. While I've spent time as an agent, my real passion lies in working behind the scenes-keeping things running smoothly through administrative and transaction support. Joining The Collective was one of those serendipitous, "right place, right time" moments. What started as an opportunity quickly blossomed into a collaborative and inspiring journey. I feel truly honored to be part of this team of talented, driven, and kind-hearted people who share the same vision for growth and community.
